Naoyuki Nishida Naoyuki Nishida

After graduating from university, Naoyuki began his career at a real estate company, where he was involved in redevelopment planning and commercial facility development. He later joined a major IT and financial conglomerate, managing development and investment projects for commercial facilities, logistics warehouses, and hotels.
He went on to help establish a resort hotel development company, where he led sourcing and business planning efforts, including a hotel development project in Miyakojima, Okinawa.
Naoyuki joined GARDE in 2019, playing a key role in launching the real estate division. Leveraging his extensive network with domestic and international developers and investment funds, he continues to drive the firm’s brokerage and advisory operations.
